How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account:
- Sign in to FacelessReels.
- Open Billing from the dashboard menu.
- Click Cancel subscription on your current plan and confirm.
You can also cancel by emailing info@facelessreels.com from the email address linked to your account. Our team will cancel the subscription for you and reply to confirm.
When cancellation takes effect
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, monthly or yearly.
- You keep full access to your plan until then, and you will not be charged again.
- Before the billing period ends, you can undo the cancellation on the Billing page by clicking Do not cancel.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the current billing period. FacelessReels does not provide refunds for any purchased subscriptions or services, whether used or unused, unless such refund rights are required under applicable law. See our Refund Policy.
